Shipping

• All in-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
• Express Shipping speeds up the delivery time after your order has shipped. Please note that all orders require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment, regardless of the shipping method selected.
• Orders containing out-of-stock items will be processed and shipped within 8–12 business weeks.
• Free domestic shipping is available on orders over $800.00. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If import duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee, based on the value of the returned item(s), will be deducted from the refund. This policy applies to all international orders without exception.

Return

• All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with no exceptions.
• Custom-made products, including special orders, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
